*Tipping etiquette in Ireland: When tipping on a trip with a private tour guide, it costs an average of between 10% and 20% of the tour’s price per person. When the tour price is $1,000 per person, for example, the appropriate tip should be between $100 and $200 per person, depending on the level of service provided by the tour guide. If the tour guide provides lots of extras (anything not on the written itinerary), consider this when tipping.
